ONYX Motors LLC ("ONYX Motors", "we", "us") is a private luxury automobile dealership operating from Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information when you visit onyxmotors.ae or engage with our concierge sales team.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly when you submit a vehicle enquiry, book a private viewing, request a valuation for your own vehicle, or create a customer account. This typically includes your full name, email address, phone number, the vehicle(s) of interest, and any notes you include. For finance, trade-in, or completed purchases we additionally collect Emirates ID / passport details, nationality, address, and date of birth as required under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2018 on Anti-Money Laundering.

We also collect a limited amount of technical information automatically — IP address, device type, browser, and pages viewed — to keep the site secure and to understand which inventory generates the most interest.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiries and arrange private viewings
• To process vehicle purchases, finance requests, and trade-in valuations
• To send transactional updates about a specific vehicle you have engaged with
• To comply with UAE legal obligations including KYC, AML, and tax record-keeping
• To improve our website, inventory presentation, and customer experience

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We will never share Emirates ID or financial details with any party outside ONYX Motors LLC and its regulated banking, finance, and government partners involved in a specific transaction you have authorised.

Data retention

Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months. Records relating to a completed vehicle sale, finance, or AML check are retained for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with UAE law.

Your rights
