Why GCC specification matters
GCC versions of luxury cars are engineered specifically for the Gulf Cooperation Council market — UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain. Differences include uprated air-conditioning, heat-resistant dashboards, sand filtration on intake systems, and Arabic-language infotainment.
Imported (also called 'parallel' or 'grey-market') cars from the United States, Canada, Europe, Japan or Korea may look identical on the outside but lack the underlying climate engineering. Distributor warranties do not transfer, and resale prices typically run 15–25% lower.
